Activity 1:🚀Finish Easy Tasks to Share a 8,100,000 SGC Prize Pool!
⏰Campaign Period: From 12:00 on June 14, 2025 to 12:00 on June 21, 2025 (UTC)
Pool 1: For New Users Only: Deposit and Trade SGC on KuCoin, Share a 3.1 Million SGC Prize Pool!
During the campaign period, newly registered KuCoin users who complete the following tasks will be eligible to share a total of 3,100,000 SGC on a first-come, first-served basis. Each user can participate in this activity only once.
Task 1: Accumulate a net deposit amount (deposits - withdrawals) of at least 100,000 SGC.
Task 2: Accumulate an SGC Spot trading volume (trading amount × price) of at least $500 on KuCoin.
Pool 2: For All Users: Trade SGC on KuCoin, Share a 5 Million SGC Prize Pool!
During the campaign period, all KuCoin users who accumulate an SGC Spot trading volume (trading amount × price) of at least $1,000 on KuCoin will be eligible to share up to 300,000 SGC
Final rewards will be calculated based on the formula:(Your Net Trading Volume × Boost Multiplier ÷ Total Trading Volume of All Participants) × 5,000,000 SGC. Additionally, participants who invite new users to register KuCoin will get bonus rewards based on the number of successful invitations.
Terms & Conditions:
1. New User Exclusive Pool rewards will be distributed in strict chronological order based on task completion time, with earlier completers receiving priority allocation;
2. Regular Prize Pool rewards will be calculated according to the following formula: (Your Trading Volume × Invite Boost Multiplier) ÷ Total Boosted Volume × Prize Pool Size;
3. For invitation bonuses in the Regular Prize Pool, a qualifying "new user" refers to one who: (1) registers a new KuCoin account during the event period, and (2) completes full KYC verification;
4. Institutional accounts and market makers are not eligible to participate in this event;
5. In case of any discrepancy between the translated version and the English original version, the English version shall prevail;
6. The behavior of maliciously taking rewards will result in the cancellation of rewards. KuCoin reserves the final right to interpret these terms and conditions, including but not limited to the modification, change, or cancellation of the activity, without further notice. Activity 2: Affiliates Special Event: Share a 2.7 Million SGC Prize Pool
⏰Campaign Period: From 12:00 on June 23, 2025 to 12:00 on July 3, 2025 (UTC)
During the campaign period, affiliate members who invite users to trade SGC on KuCoin can win the following rewards:
Pool 1: Be One of the Top 40 Affiliates, Share a 700,000 SGC Prize Pool!
During the campaign period, affiliates who invite users to trade SGC on KuCoin and whose trading volume (trading amount x price) reach at least 10,000 USDT will share a 700,000 SGC prize pool based on their invited users’ total trading volume.
Pool 2：Register and Complete KYC to Share a 700,000 SGC Prize Pool!
During the campaign period, affiliates can invite new users to register on KuCoin. For each successful invitee who completes the required tasks, the affiliate will earn 135 SGC. Newly invited users who complete their registration and KYC verification will be rewarded with 270 SGC each.
Pool 3: Invite to Win a Share of a 1.3 Million SGC Prize Pool!
During the campaign period, existing affiliates who invite trading users on KuCoin will get to share a 1,300,000 SGC prize pool based on the number of users they successfully invite. Additionally, existing affiliates will also receive an extra 1,350 SGC for each new trading user they’ve successfully invited. (For affiliates to be eligible for rewards, invited users must trade more than $500 in SGC during the event period)

Notes:
1. Rewards will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Affiliates must log in to their KuCoin account and register for the event by clicking the Join button;
2. Visit the Affiliate page on the app or website, then copy and paste your referral link to share it
with others;
3. Once users join the event, KuCoin will track their participation and calculate their existing referrals and new invitees who trade on KuCoin, and the rewards will be sent to their KuCoin account within 30 working days after the end of the event;
4. Affiliates with more invitees will receive priority in receiving the rewards if the allocated rewards exceed 2,700,000 SGC
5. KuCoin reserves the right to disqualify users' reward eligibility if the account is involved in any dishonest behavior (e.g., wash trading, illegally bulk registered accounts, self-dealing, or market manipulation);
6. KuCoin reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary these Activity Terms without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating, or suspending this Activity, its eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done, and all users shall be bound by these amendments.The final right of interpretation belongs to KuCoin.
