From my side, this changes everything…
A lot of people talk about Bitcoin DeFi, but no one has really figured out how to build it.
It looks like @PortaltoBitcoin might have.
They built an entire stack around native Bitcoin swaps and it’s wowwwwww:
Portal Network → a swarm of P2P nodes running like a Strong Federation. No single point of failure. No rent-seekers. Just raw coordination.
PortalOS → their own operating system for swaps. Boot it on a USB, spin it on AWS, netboot it - doesn’t matter. It just runs.
Native Chain Contracts → the brain handling swap logic/payments natively on chains that support it. Clean, on-chain, no middleman nonsense.
Portal Swap SDK → the toolbox for wallets/DEXs to plug into this machine. Developers don’t fight APIs, they build and ship.
This is a protocol spine for Bitcoin to actually move, trade, and interact cross-chain without wrapping it in paper promises.
