PANews reported on February 21st that Fox Business reporter Eleanor Terrett tweeted that Grayscale's XRP ETF (Form 19b-4 submission) has been officially published in the Federal Register. This means that the U.S. SEC will now enter the review stage and approve or reject it by October 18th or earlier.
