Jin10 Data reported on July 30 that Zhongwang Software announced that the company has been sued by Autodesk, Inc. in the Federal District Court for the Northern District of California for copyright infringement and other matters, with the amount in question not yet specified. They request the court to issue injunctions against the company and related parties, including preliminary and permanent injunctions, to prohibit the company and related parties from continuing to engage in related copyright infringements and improper use of trade secrets. The company does not recognize Autodesk's claims and will actively take strong measures to respond to the lawsuit, effectively safeguarding the interests of the company and its shareholders. Currently, it is not possible to predict the impact on the company's current and future profits and losses, and the final actual impact will be subject to the effective judgment of the court.
